The open joint-stock company "HMS NFTEMASH", Tyumen, founded in 1965 is a pioneer in the development of oil and gas fields in Western Siberia. Nowadays it is one of the largest machine-building enterprises not only in Tyumen region but in the whole Russia with regard to manufacturing equipment in modular configuration.

Since 2005 “HMS Neftemash” has been part of the HMS Group – one of the largest multi-profile holdings which unites the leading machine-building enterprises, design institutes, engineering and construction companies based in Russia, Ukraine and Belorussia. Owing to the integration with the enterprises of the HMS Group we are receiving an additional economic and synergetic effect participating in the complex solutions of HMS Group including projects on a turnkey basis.

For over 45 years of our successful operation since the beginning of our enterprise we have established a reputation as a reliable partner and supplier of equipment. Experience combined with professionalism lets our enterprise produce equipment satisfying all the present-day requirements, whose assortment includes more than 90 types.

Yearly dynamics of sales revenue is positive and at present is equal to $ 120 mln a year.

The main fields of work are:

• modular group pumping stations and pressure control equipment;
• automated group measuring apparatuses;
• pumping stations for pumping of various media including multiphase;
• equipment for oil, gas and water treatment;
• fire-fighting equipment;
• administrative and amenities blocks.

Each unit is manufactured according to the requirements of the individual customer, technical characteristics of the produced medium and field climatic conditions. Part of the equipment can operate in automatic mode unattended by the service personnel. While delivering the equipment, a complex approach is employed including supervised hook-up and commissioning, personnel training, and warranty and post-warranty maintenance.

Unique products and engineering designs are protected by multiple patents. To ensure the quality of the products and satisfy consumers’ requirements the enterprise has a quality management system for the manufacture of oil and gas field equipment in modular configuration; drilling, geology-prospecting and power generating equipment certified according to ISO 9001-2000, which corresponds to international standards.

The factory products are widely used on all operating oil fields both in Tyumen region and in other regions of Russia and CIS countries. The regular customers include: «Gazprom neft», «TNK-BP», ОАО «Surgutneftegas» «Rosneft», «LUKoil», «Bashneft», «Slavneft-Megionneftegas», «Russneft», «NaryanmarNG», in Kazachstan - Kazakhoil-Aktobe, Turgay Petroleum, ТОО «Kaspiy neft ТМЕ», ТОО «Firma Ada Oil».

The territory of the enterprise is 8,8 hectares.

It includes:

• main production plants 17443 m²;
• auxiliary production plants 6028 m²;
• warehousing 4212 m².

The enterprise has the following equipment at its disposal:

• metal-cutting equipment (164 units) including turning, milling, boring, abrasive and cutting;
• press-forging equipment (43 units) including: pressing machines, hammers, pipe and sheet benders, sheet-metal shears, press-scissors;
• welding equipment (70 units) including automatic and semi-automatic welding machines, and welding transformers.

There is a railway branch line and access to waterways.

The company has 1091 employees. About 90 experienced engineering designers are engaged in product design.

The fiercely competitive market requires continuous improvement, for this purpose the company opened its own Engineering Center whose employees, together with the leading Russian institutes, are engaged in designing of new equipment, which allows us to accept a complex approach to the development and manufacture of equipment for the oil and gas fields’ infrastructure including modular technological units of the “supermodule” type. Unique designs are protected by multiple patents.

The factory is equipped with modern automated machinery and equipment made by the well-known world manufacturers, as well as new laboratory, control and-measuring equipment.

With the help of our high-quality experts we are able not only to manufacture, but also ensure supervised assembling and commissioning works; customer’s personnel training, warranty and post-warranty service of the whole range of the produced equipment. The number of our employees equals to over 1200 people.

To ensure better production quality and satisfy the consumers’ demands the company accepted the ISO 9001-2001 quality management system which is acknowledged as meeting the corresponding international standards.
